We brought a team of 12 to stay here! It accommodated us very well! The table is perfect for having dinner with this manny people. The AIRBNB was very clean and peaceful. We had some neighbors one night that were loud until 4pm which isn’t Eva and Sid’s fault, but was a little frustrating. It’s very convenient for going anywhere in Seattle!

This home was great and Eva and Sid were awesome hosts. We had a large group in town for a conference and the home hosted us all well. The living room and kitchen had a lot of space so that we could all be together. Also we so appreciated that the home was stocked with supplies and things. Only thing to be aware of is outside of the parking in the driveway, street parking is limited and tight. Would travel with as few cars as possible to be able to just park in the driveway. Great stay! Would totally recommend!

The home was comfortable, in a nice walkable area. The hosts were accommodating with check in time and responsive when I had questions. I enjoyed my stay here. Would stay again.

location & accommodations ideal for our purpose and goals-this was a family gathering & Airbnb was clean beautiful and quiet for privacy with lots of room. Off street parking was a plus & area is very walkable. Will use again.

We traveled as a group of 7 adults to Seattle in February 2026. Eva and Sid’s place was perfect for our stay. We were able to spread out but still enjoy time together as a group. The house is conveniently located for everything we wanted to do.

This visit was perfect for my party of 10 friends. Amenities were provided and our host was very proactive in making sure our stay was great. The space was clean and area was easy to navigate. I would love to return in the future!

It was the perfect home for our stay. We met our adult children and a grandchild in Seattle for a 3rd party celebration. The house fit ALL our needs. Added bonuses- the bedding/linens were quality, all beds had 4 pillows, bathrooms were plenty big towels were plentiful. Kitchen was well stocked (we ate most of our meals in) large dining table! Two of the rooms were large enough to fit baby paknplay beds with room to spare. Appliances were top of the line. The main floor was a fabulous gathering space. We also loved the outdoor space! We will definitely reserve this house again. We highly recommend it.

Beautiful urban residential feel. If you like to walk it's easy to make it to Capitol Hill for nightlife, but far enough your not in the middle of it when you don't want to be. Morning runs were peaceful. Beds and showers were excellent. Cool roof. Big 8 person table.

Came for a conference in the area and the property was great! Great restaurants walkable from the location and not too far from busses to downtown and within 10-15 min from light rail stop as well! Overall great stay!

Perfect Airbnb. Everything in the home was well-kept and spotless. It was very much like a nice hotel, but with privacy and special amenities like the rooftop terrace and gobs of space. This home is in a lovely street in a big city, so there’s the normal minimal noises of neighbors opening car doors or strolling past the home, but that’s totally normal, just may be a different experience if someone is accustomed to suburban life. The whole time we kept remaking how thoughtful and comfortable the home was. Great hosts, they know what they’re doing!
