All deliveries need to be at the doorstep. Please make sure to have it delivered only while you are present at home to not inconvenience guests before/after you, and prevent lost packages/theft. - Extra services available at additional cost for guest comfort. - Animals not allowed. - Please do not smoke, vape, use marijuana or drugs in the house please. We fine $500 for any smoke present in the house. - Please take shoes off at the entrance. -Quiet hours start at 10 PM. We do not allow loud noises/music, parties in the house. We have security systems to monitor unusual traffic. We will fine $500, shut down parties and music, and cancel bookings mid stay if we find violations of this rule. Please ensure the #of guests accurately reflects the number of people visiting to avoid triggering our security systems. - Please do not take household equipment outside. We charge for lost items and that's not fun for you or us.

We had a great stay at this spacious Seattle home! The house is large and comfortably accommodated our group of 8—everyone had plenty of room to relax without feeling crowded. The layout worked really well for us, and the 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms made it easy for everyone to have their own space. The kitchen was especially nice—well-equipped, clean, and perfect for cooking meals together. We ended up spending a lot of time there hanging out. Overall, this is a great option for larger groups looking for a comfortable and roomy place to stay. We’d definitely come back!

Eva and Sid’s home was beautiful and was extremely spacious for our large group. The beds were large and had a lot of room. The sleeping there was very relaxing and peaceful. The kitchen and dinning room looked exactly like the pictures. Very clean and organized. The kitchen was equipped with every kitchen tool and silverware. The living room was very cozy and relaxing, after a long day of walking and exploring being able to come back and sit down and watch tv as a group was nice. Overall the experience was well worth it. Definitely would book with them again.

Stayed at Eva and Sid’s for a class trip with my 12 classmates, and we all agreed that we chose the most perfect home for our stay. It is conveniently located a great distance from downtown and just steps away from bus stops and transit stations. The place was very clean, with a comfortable living room where we could all hang out and a spacious dining area for meals and chit chat. Eva was also very kind and responded quickly to all messages. We would definitely stay here again.
