House Rules

- Please do not smoke, vape, use marijuana or drugs in the house. We fine $500 for any smoke present in the house. - Please take shoes off at the entrance. -Quiet hours start at 10 PM. We do not allow loud noises/music, parties in the house. We have security systems to monitor unusual traffic. We will fine $500, shut down parties and music, and cancel bookings mid stay if we find violations of this rule. Please ensure the #of guests accurately reflects the number of people visiting to avoid triggering our security systems. -You will need to climb stairs - there are 3 flights of stairs and 4 stories for both of the houses. - Please do not take household equipment outside. We charge for lost items and that's not fun for you or us.

Had a great stay in Seattle. Plenty of room and well stocked. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Family had fun on the rooftop at sunset. Theatre room was great and grocery store just across the street. Bus stop is just in front of the property. I would definitely stay again.

I booked this space (two units next to each other) for a business retreat for myself and eight of my employees. Great location, lots of space (and each of the two units is able to be booked individually for smaller groups). Eva and Sid were always responsive with the few questions we had and the space was comfortable, clean, and usable. Checking was super easy and code for the doors worked immediately upon check in time. All doors have keypads and so access was extremely convenient. It was my first time to Seattle and I would book this same space again in the future if I return.

Eva and Sid were extremely communicative and friendly towards our group. They made the process of booking, check-in, and leaving seamless. It’s always appreciated when you have a host that you can trust at all times, for whatever you might need. Accommodating a large group is never easy, however, because of the set up with neighboring townhomes, we were able to freely move from one side to another, which I felt was a huge benefit to the listing. Thank you for being kind and understanding hosts We had a great time during our stay in Seattle!

Sid/Eva and Logan were great host. We felt at home right after we entered. The rooms and toilets were clean. The third floor bathroom was generous (hint if you need to share with your family members). The kitchen was appropriately furnished so we had almost everything we needed to prepare meals. The kids enjoyed the home theater rooms and the popcorn maker. The location was so convenient with the bus stop right in front of the house. There were very interesting places around the area like Madrona Park which overlooks the lake, the coffeeshops and the groceries. We took walks both day and night because it was safe and located in a good neighborhood. Downtown was a 40min walk or a few minutes bus ride. Sid and Logan were always available and easy to contact. We felt well taken care of during our 10 days stay.

We rented both units side by side with 13 adults one child and one baby. We had plenty of space. The kitchen was well equipped. Beware they do not provide washcloths, but do provide makeup remover pads. The kitchen was well appointed. There is a discount market across the street that was a great deal and so convenient. We cooked many meals at the house using the grill and kitchen. On street parking was easy and always available. Overall a great stay.

We booked Eva and Sid's place for a company offsite in Seattle. The space was exactly as we expected -- clean, spacious, and organized. Each room has its own AC unit (which sounds crazy, but was a godsend during a heat wave in Seattle!), and the common space also had AC. This was a nice amenity given the local environment. It was situated near Madrona which was perfect for us, and just a short hop to SLU and downtown -- great location. Most important, Sid and Eva were so responsive and thoughtful. And I loved that the cleanup instructions were so simple. Some places on Airbnb have 1M rules and it can be hard to coordinate with big groups. They took care of everything no questions asked. Great folks to rent from. Would recommend to anyone!
