The parking spot will not fit a suburban or truck. Street parking is available in plenty. - Front yard is shared with neighbor. - The lower basement bedroom is a non-conforming bedroom with windows that do not meet present code egress requirements. - Quiet hours start at 10 PM. We do not allow loud noises/music, parties in the house. - You will need to climb stairs - there are 2 flights of stairs and 3 stories. - Please do not smoke, vape, use marijuana or drugs in the house. - Extra services available at additional cost for guest comfort: Please inquire and reserve 72 hours in advance for most services as they may not be available last minute: - Daily / Weekly cleaning / Linen change - Home Chef services - Baby gear - Propane gas refill for grill - Early check-in: Please inquire at 8 PM of the day before check-in to confirm early check-in availability. We fine $500 for any smoke present in the house. - No Pets. - Please take shoes off at the entrance. -Quiet hours start at 10 PM. We do not allow loud noises/music, parties in the house. We have security systems to monitor unusual traffic. We will fine $500, shut down parties and music, and cancel bookings mid stay if we find violations of this rule. Please ensure the #of guests accurately reflects the number of people visiting to avoid triggering our security systems. - Please do not take household equipment outside. We charge for lost items and that's not fun for you or us.

We loved our stay here! Check-in was super easy and clear. Having a dedicated parking spot made things very convenient for us. We had a minor issue with an appliance, but it was fixed quickly and efficiently. We really appreciated the excellent communication and responsiveness, which is rare to find! Eva and Sid were amazing hosts. Their attention to detail and clear communication made our stay so smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely choose this place again!

Eva and Sid were great hosts! They were so kind and responsive to any question we had before and during our stay in a timely manner. The space itself was perfect for the guests we were hosting in Seattle. They had a great experience at Eva and Sid's place and had nothing but compliments to give their stay. Our family loved staying at Eva and Sid's place. Easy walking distance to a local pizza place (Delancey) that had great pizza and drinks. Plenty of room for everyone. Quiet place. We'll reserve again!

Eva and Sid’s place is in the perfect location, in a quiet area of Ballard but still very close and walkable to lots of restaurants, coffee shops and downtown Ballard. The place was very clean and organized, and had everything we needed for the stay. Eva and Sid were very responsive and happy to answer any questions we had.

We had a great stay at Eva and Sid's Airbnb. They were responsive and easy to communicate with. The location was perfect for our stay in Seattle. Parking was great as there is 1 reserved parking spot, and we never had difficulty finding street parking either. The location was easily accessible to downtown Seattle, close to Woodland Park Zoo, and nearby restaurants within walking distance. The place itself was clean and fit 8 of us comfortably. Washer and dryer were available, which is always a plus when traveling with young kids.
