The parking spot will not fit a truck. Street parking is available in plenty. - Front yard is shared with neighbor. - Quiet hours start at 10 PM. We do not allow loud noises/music, parties in the house. - You will need to climb stairs - there are 2 flights of stairs and 3 stories. - Please do not smoke, vape, use marijuana or drugs in the house. - Extra services available at additional cost for guest comfort: Please inquire and reserve 72 hours in advance for most services as they may not be available last minute: - Daily / Weekly cleaning / Linen change - Home Chef services - Baby gear - Propane gas refill for grill - Early check-in: Please inquire at 8 PM of the day before check-in to confirm early check-in availability.
