We want our guests to have the right expectations and upfront information when they book so you can have a smooth and happy experience every time. - Well trained pets (dogs only) older than 1 year are welcome here! We charge an additional fee of $75/pet for your entire stay and require proof of up to date vaccination record (rabies and distemper). We ask you to keep pets off sofa, throws, pillows, sheets, comforters. Excessive hair found on these will be charged extra. Cats and other animals not allowed. - We have one dedicated covered parking spot for a small SUV available. The parking spot will not fit large SUVs. Street parking is available in a couple of blocks radius for larger vehicles. - You will need to climb stairs - there are 2 flights of stairs and 3 stories. - This is a charming century old single family home. As with all single family homes, please expect the floors to creak and find some touches from mid-century. Note: Our home is in center of Seattle & boasts a high walk score. This can lead to some street noise, as with all listings in the urban area. - No access to mailbox: We don't have access to USPS mailbox. All deliveries need to be at the doorstep. Please make sure to have it delivered only while you are present at home to not inconvenience guests before/after you, and prevent lost packages/theft. - Extra services available at additional cost for guest comfort: Please inquire and reserve 72 hours in advance for most services as they may not be available last minute: - Daily / Weekly cleaning / Linen change - Home Chef services - Baby gear - Early check-in: Please inquire at 8 PM of the day before check-in to confirm early check-in availability. Excessive hair found on these will be charged extra. Please do not leave dogs unattended. - Cats and other animals not allowed. . - Please do not smoke, vape, use marijuana or drugs in the house please. We fine $500 for any smoke present in the house. - Please take shoes off at the entrance. -Quiet hours start at 10 PM. We do not allow loud noises/music, parties in the house. We have security systems to monitor unusual traffic. We will fine $500, shut down parties and music, and cancel bookings mid stay if we find violations of this rule. Please ensure the #of guests accurately reflects the number of people visiting to avoid triggering our security systems. -You will need to climb stairs - there are 2 flights of stairs and 3 stories. - Please be considerate of neighbors and verify that you are placing the trash in the correct bins! - Please do not take household equipment outside. We charge for lost items and that's not fun for you or us.
