We charge an additional fee of $50/pet for your entire stay and require proof of upto date vaccination record (rabies and distemper). We ask you to keep pets off sofa, throws, pillows, sheets, comforters. Excessive hair found on these will be charged extra. Cats and other animals not allowed. Please add pets in guest details. Undisclosed pets will be fined $100/pet. - You will need to climb stairs - there are 3 flights of stairs and 4 stories. - We provide one city issued parking tag that can be used to park nearby for free (Note: Capitol Hill is a dense neighborhood so street parking is available on a first come, first serve basis and can be hard to find). Do note that the availability of the parking tag is dependent on the previous guest returning it. In the event the permit is lost, we will let you know asap. - No access to mailbox: We don't have access to USPS mailbox. All deliveries need to be at the doorstep. Please make sure to have it delivered only while you are present at home to not inconvenience guests before/after you, and prevent lost packages/theft. - Extra services available at additional cost for guest comfort: Please inquire and reserve 72 hours in advance for most services as they may not be available last minute: - Daily / Weekly cleaning / Linen change - Home Chef services - Baby gear - Early check-in: Please inquire at 8 PM of the day before check-in to confirm early check-in availability. - Please let us know in case you are bringing in pets (1 dogs max) in advance, we fine $150 in case of unauthorized pets. We ask you to keep pets off sofa, throws, pillows, sheets, comforters. Excessive hair found on these will be charged extra. Please do not leave dog unattended. - Cats and other animals not allowed. - Late checkout: Unfortunately we don't allow late checkout as it impacts next guests. We charge $15/for every 15 mins of delayed checkout. - Please do not smoke, vape, use marijuana or drugs in the house please. We fine $250 for any smoke present in the house. -Quiet hours start at 10 PM. We do not allow loud noises/music, parties in the house. We will fine $250, shut down parties and music, and cancel bookings mid stay if we find violations of this rule. - Please return the parking tag on to dining table, we charge a $50 re-issuance fee in case lost. - Please take shoes off at the entrance. -You will need to climb stairs - there are 3 flights of stairs and 4 stories. - Please be considerate of neighbors and verify that you are placing the trash in the correct bins labelled 1728A! - Please do not take household equipment outside. We charge for lost items and that's not fun for you or us.

Great location near the train for easy access to the airport and downtown. Easy instructions for check in. I stayed for work and used the kitchen to cook. It was well stocked. I would stay here again!
