- Please let us know in case you are bringing in pets (dogs only) in advance, we fine $150 in case of unauthorized pets. We ask you to keep pets off sofa, throws, pillows, sheets, comforters. Excessive hair found on these will be charged extra. Please do not leave dogs unattended. - Cats and other animals not allowed. - Please do not smoke, vape, use marijuana or drugs in the house please. We fine $500 for any smoke present in the house. - Please take shoes off at the entrance. -Quiet hours start at 10 PM. We do not allow loud noises/music, parties in the house. We have security systems to monitor unusual traffic. We will fine $500, shut down parties and music, and cancel bookings mid stay if we find violations of this rule. Please ensure the #of guests accurately reflects the number of people visiting to avoid triggering our security systems. -You will need to climb stairs - there are 3 flights of stairs and 4 stories. - Please be considerate of neighbors and verify that you are placing the trash in the correct bins! - Please do not take household equipment outside. We charge for lost items and that's not fun for you or us.
