We want our guests to have the right expectations and upfront information when they book so you can have a smooth and happy experience every time. - We have one parking spot on the driveway that accommodates 1 SUV sized vehicle. Please park trucks on street (available free). - We provide a level-2 power outlet for EV charging - please bring your own Tesla charger to connect to the outlet. - You will need to climb stairs - there are 3 flights of stairs and 4 stories. - Air mattress and bedding is available for guests above 7 people on request for $40, please ensure guest count on booking reflects that to avail the bedding. - No access to mailbox: We don't have access to USPS mailbox. All deliveries need to be at the doorstep. Please make sure to have it delivered only while you are present at home to not inconvenience guests before/after you, and prevent lost packages/theft. - Extra services available at additional cost for guest comfort: Please inquire and reserve 72 hours in advance for most services as they may not be available last minute: - Daily / Weekly cleaning /Extra linen - Home Chef services - Baby gear - Propane gas refill for grill - Early check-in: Please inquire at 8 PM of the day before check-in to confirm early check-in availability. House Rules

- Please do not smoke, vape, use marijuana or drugs in the house. We fine $500 for any smoke present in the house. - Please take shoes off at the entrance. -Quiet hours start at 10 PM. We do not allow loud noises/music, parties in the house. We have security systems to monitor unusual traffic. We will fine $500, shut down parties and music, and cancel bookings mid stay if we find violations of this rule. Please ensure the #of guests accurately reflects the number of people visiting to avoid triggering our security systems. -You will need to climb stairs - there are 3 flights of stairs and 4 stories. - Please verify that you are placing the trash in the correct bins for our home. - We provide a level-2 power outlet for EV charging - please bring your own Tesla Nema 14-50 charger to connect to the outlet. - Please do not take household equipment outside. We charge for lost items and that's not fun for you or us. - Our check-in time is 4 PM. We do not guarantee early check-in unless home is available. There may be cleaning, routine maintenance occuring in the home before your checkin time and we cannot allow guests to enter before that due to Covid safety protocol. Our checkout time is 11 AM and we are unable to provide late check out or luggage storage as the house needs to get ready for next guest.

Guest Access

Guests are be able to access all parts of the house except garage and backyard (due to recent tree pruning). Designated parking is available in driveway. Outdoor access is available via rooftop deck and living room patio for plentiful sunlight and fresh air.

Lovely TH, 3 bedrooms and 3 baths each with super comfy bedding, well appointed bathrooms. Great deck with views on rooftop. Parking can be an issue if you have a large SUV. There is street parking but spaces not always close. Closet in master was nice but a small closet in guest room and no closet for third bedroom. Kitchen was well appointed, could use a toaster, if there we couldn’t find it. 3 blocks from lots of great restaurants in Ballard, very walkable neighborhood.

Solid spot to stay at. The parking spot is very helpful if you’re renting a car. It’s a bit of a tight road to get in and out of so don’t rent a big car if you’re thinking of staying here and making a trip to Rainier. Outside of that the spot is exactly as it looks in the photos. Top spot in a good neighborhood of a lot of walkable coffee shops and breakfast spots to kick off your day before heading out.

This is the second time we have stayed at this wonderful place. Eva and Sid are always so great about making sure the we have all the information we need in order to check in, enjoy the area and check out. We will be back for sure.

The place was in an amazing location and super easy to get to. Blocks from parks, great shopping, delicious restaurants and the Sunday Farmers Market. The electric parking option was incredibly helpful driving in from Portland. Definitely will come back!!
