All deliveries need to be at the doorstep. We fine $500 for any smoke present in the house. - Please take shoes off at the entrance. -Quiet hours start at 10 PM. We do not allow loud noises/music, parties in the house. We have security systems to monitor unusual traffic. We will fine $500, shut down parties and music, and cancel bookings mid stay if we find violations of this rule. Please ensure the #of guests accurately reflects the number of people visiting to avoid triggering our security systems. - Please do not take household equipment outside. We charge for lost items and that's not fun for you or us.

Eva and Sid were very helpful and the instructions clear. The house is located in a very nice location, walking distance (10-20min) from grocery stores, restaurants and Space Needle. We were a party of 8. The rooms are spacious and super clean. The open space on the upper floor faces the downtown and “invites” you to have dinner at home, which we did a couple times. We strongly recommend!

Beautiful place. Amazing view. Very comfortable for party of 6. Clean, organized, modern. One of my favorite parts was looking out the many windows to see either the lake or the space needle in the back drop. Hosts were so accommodating. They were generous enough to share donuts and ice cream from their favorite spots! We would love to visit again :)
