All deliveries need to be at the doorstep. We have security systems to monitor unusual traffic. We will fine $500, shut down parties and music, and cancel bookings mid stay if we find violations of this rule. Please ensure the #of guests accurately reflects the number of people visiting to avoid triggering our security systems. - Please do not take household equipment outside. We charge for lost items and that's not fun for you or us.

Thank you Eva and Sid for hosting us. They have a very clean and tidy place, probably one of our top 3 cleanest among all. Location is very convenient and walkable to downtown and Space Needle. We came with two young kids and two elderly couple, this place is very spacious and well accommodated us. If you come with a large vehicle or mini van, you might not be able to park into the garage due to its steep slope, that your car’s bottom might scratch the drive way. Just be mindful of this.

Sid and Eva were wonderful and very responsive hosts. The house was clean and just plain gorgeous with a breathtaking view of the Seattle skyline. We rented the property for a party of 4 that was attending a conference in Seattle and this property was perfect for this occasion. We had a small issue during our stay, but our hosts were very responsive and it was solved quickly and it didn't effect our stay, whatsoever. If you want a modern, well equipped, beautiful property for your stay in Seattle, this is your place! It even has an indoor garage for your car...seriously, what more could you ask for.
