We will fine $75/day till the dog is removed from premises. And additional charges may apply if cleaning required for the home to remove hair, and smell from the home. - We have one dedicated parking spot for an SUV like CRV. The parking spot will not fit a truck or suburban or large van - We provide a level-2 power outlet for EV charging - please bring your own Tesla charger (NEMA 14-50 charger) to connect to the outlet. - You will need to climb stairs - there are 3 flights of stairs and 4 stories. - No access to mailbox: We don't have access to USPS mailbox. All deliveries need to be at the doorstep. Please make sure to have it delivered only while you are present at home to not inconvenience guests before/after you, and prevent lost packages/theft. - Please take shoes off at the entrance. - Extra services available at additional cost for guest comfort: Please inquire and reserve 72 hours in advance for most services as they may not be available last minute: - Daily / Weekly cleaning / Extra Linen / Linen change - Home Chef services - Baby gear - Early check-in: Please inquire at 8 PM of the day before check-in to confirm early check-in availability. We fine $500 for any smoke present in the house. - Please take shoes off at the entrance. - The home shares walls with neighbors - our quiet hour rules are strict - if you are looking to party, this home will NOT be the right fit for you. -Quiet hours start at 10 PM. We do not allow loud noises/music, parties in the house. We have security systems to monitor unusual traffic and noise. We will fine $500, shut down parties and music, and cancel bookings mid stay if we find violations of this rule. Please ensure the #of guests accurately reflects the number of people visiting to avoid triggering our security systems. -You will need to climb stairs - there are 3 flights of stairs and 4 stories. - Please do not take household equipment outside. We charge for lost items and that's not fun for you or us.

Eva and Sid were amazing hosts and very responsive. Everything was laid out, instructions clear and easy to understand. The location was perfect and within just a few minutes away from all the tourist activities. The home was beautiful and tucked away in a gorgeous neighborhood all walkable. Great space that could easily fit 12 guests although we only had 7A n 1 child in our party. Homely decorated . I would definitely recommend this home. A15min peaceful walk would take you to a cafe.

Eva and Sid were very quick to respond to any questions that I had. The place was perfect for myself and 5 other friends. everyone was comfortable, and enjoyed their stay. location js withing 5 minutes of anything you wanted to do in cap hill.

The home was exactly as pictured and described - very clean and spacious. Loved that each room had its own bathroom. The location was a really quick and easy walk to Capitol Hill/campus/hospital, but far enough away that it was quiet in the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again with 4+ people!

My family and I had an excellent experience in Eva’s house. It is really neat and comfortable, close to everything we were looking for. Neighbors were always quiet. No problems at all. Eva was always on the lookout in case we needed anything.

We cannot sing enough praise about Eva and Sid’s home. It was spotless, peaceful, and exactly as promised. My family (which includes a mother in law and 2 teen daughters) all loved the space the home provided, including private bathrooms! It was a lovely neighborhood that was quiet while being walkable to many things. The home felt luxurious and relaxing. Sid and Eva were responsive and supportive and overall very kind. We highly recommend this place.

This property was in a great location, quiet, and very clean. It had all the amenities we needed and the hosts provided clear instructions and responded quickly. I would definitely recommend this property if you’re visiting Seattle, especially if you want to be close to Pike Place Market and downtown.
