We have security systems to monitor unusual traffic and noise. We will fine $500, shut down parties and music, and cancel bookings mid stay if we find violations of this rule. Please ensure the #of guests accurately reflects the number of people visiting to avoid triggering our security systems. -You will need to climb stairs - there are 2 flights of stairs and 3 stories. - Please be considerate of neighbors and verify that you are placing the trash in the correct bins! - Please do not take household equipment outside. Perfect house for our family gathering. The open main floor with the huge dinner table was comfortable for hanging out and eating together. Having the bedrooms on two separate floors (except for the one on the main floor) gave folks a bit of privacy, and a chance to step away from the group scene. We appreciated the ample place settings (plates, silverware, glassware). Plenty of restaurants nearby in Greenwood. In addition to the driveway, street parking was easy to find for local family who came over.

This home was beautiful and just as described!! It was 11 of us there celebrating my birthday and we had plenty of space. Kitchens and bathrooms were fully stocked and bath towels were provided. We loved that the lower level was finished and allowed the older guests to chill on the main level while the younger people enjoyed the downstairs. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back!

We had a great stay at Eva and Sid’s Airbnb. We had a large group, with several children, and the home was perfect for us. The space was clean, well-kept, and had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to make everyone comfortable. The layout worked really well for a group our size, giving us space to gather while also allowing privacy when needed. The location was convenient and quiet, and we really appreciated the ample parking since we had multiple vehicles. Overall, it felt welcoming and made our trip so much smoother. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

This was my first experience with staying in an Airbnb. The hosts were very responsive and answered all my questions. The house was clean and beautiful and met all of our needs. Both kitchens were fully stocked. We had a great time.

Such a beautiful house and in a great location! While the house itself is located on a quiet street, it is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, grocery, and more! The house was amazingly clean and was perfect for our party of 13!! I would highly recommend. :)

We were a group of 11 people and the place was perfect! It had the perfect amount of rooms and beds to accommodate everyone. The bathrooms were great and clean. Had enough towels for everyone with some extras. The kitchen was very well stocked, and we all enjoyed the Keurig machine and enough pods and creamer was provided for everyone for the entire stay. The best part of the house was the basement - 2 rooms downstairs with a large living room area. The house was very close to multiple restaurants and a grocery store 5 mins drive away. Overall thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
