We will fine $75/day till the dog is removed from premises. All deliveries need to be at the doorstep. Please make sure to have it delivered only while you are present at home to not inconvenience guests before/after you, and prevent lost packages/theft. Extra services available at additional cost for guest comfort. Please inquire and reserve 72 hours in advance for most services as they may not be available last minute: - Daily / Weekly cleaning / Extra Linen / Linen change - Home Chef services - Early check-in: Please inquire at 8 PM of the day before check-in to confirm early check-in availability. We fine $500 for any smoke present in the house. - Please take shoes off at the entrance. -Quiet hours start at 10 PM. We do not allow loud noises/music, parties in the house. We have security systems to monitor unusual traffic and noise. We will fine $500, shut down parties and music, and cancel bookings mid stay if we find violations of this rule. Please ensure the #of guests accurately reflects the number of people visiting to avoid triggering our security systems. -You will need to climb stairs - there are 2 flights of stairs and 3 stories. - Please be considerate of neighbors and verify that you are placing the trash in the correct bins! - Please do not take household equipment outside. We charge for lost items and that's not fun for you or us.

Great place! My family came to visit and we needed a bigger place for everyone. The house is great with lots of space and separation but also common areas.We loved our stay, it's about a 25- 28 mins north of downtown seattle and traffic was a little heavier going from the airport to the home so I would only recommend this place if you plan to have a car during your stay.

Our daughter got married in Seattle and we stayed here with the entire bridal party. It was such a beautiful home to relax in and enjoy the celebration. Everyone had space and there were plenty of bathrooms for a big group of women. This was the best stocked AirBNB I have ever stayed in. Eva & Sid were very responsive & helpful. We’d love to stay here again!!!
