House rules

- Please do not smoke, vape, use marijuana or drugs in the house please. We fine $500 for any smoke present in the house. - Please take shoes off at the entrance. -Quiet hours start at 10 PM. We do not allow loud noises/music, parties in the house. Long term tenanrs live in downstairs unit and we strictly enforce this rule to protect their sleep. The units are connected through a locked door - there are no amenities shared and tenants do NOT have access to the upstairs unit. We will fine $500, shut down parties and music, and cancel bookings mid stay if we find violations of this rule. Please ensure the #of guests accurately reflects the number of people visiting to avoid triggering our security systems. -You will need to climb stairs - there are 3 flights of stairs and 4 stories. - Please be considerate of neighbors and verify that you are placing the trash in the correct bins! - Please do not take household equipment outside. We charge for lost items and that's not fun for you or us.
