The noise monitoring does not record audio, only noise levels to prevent parties. There are no cameras inside the house. - There is no active lifeguard on duty, and unsupervised kids are NOT allowed in the pool area. - Well trained pets older than 1 year are welcome here! We charge an additional fee of $95/pet for your entire stay and require proof of up to date vaccination record (rabies and distemper). We ask you to keep pets off sofa, throws, pillows, sheets, comforters. Excessive hair found on these will be charged extra. Please add pets to guest count. Undisclosed pets will be fined $200/pet. - Bedroom #5 is less private as bedroom #4 exits into it. - No access to mailbox: We don't have access to USPS mailbox. All deliveries need to be at the doorstep. - Max 2 pets. Please let us know in case you are bringing in pets in advance, we fine $200 in case of unauthorized pets. We ask you to keep pets off sofa, throws, pillows, sheets, comforters. Excessive hair found on these will be charged extra. - Please do not smoke, vape, use marijuana or drugs in the house please. We fine $500 for any smoke present in the house. - POOL/HOT TUB RULES: There is no lifeguard on duty, please swim at your own risk. No diving allowed. No glass or dishes in or around the pool. NEVER leave children unattended while in or around the pool. Do not remove the pool vacuum! - Please take shoes off at the entrance. -Quiet hours start at 10 PM. We do not allow loud noises/music, parties in the house. We have security systems to monitor unusual traffic. We will fine $500, shut down parties and music, and cancel bookings mid stay if we find violations of this rule. Please ensure the #of guests accurately reflects the number of people visiting to avoid triggering our security systems. - Bedroom #2 is less private as bedroom #4 exits into it. - Please do not take household equipment outside. We charge for lost items and that's not fun for you or us.

We had to leave our home after the flood in Madeira Beach, Eva and Sid exhibited our check in. Last minute booking. Such a beautiful home with ac and hot water. And so clean. We didn’t have power at our house for 4 days. Then we had Milton the hurricane, Had to evaluate, Sid was very helpful with all details. Thank you for the home away from home.
