- Please let us know in case you are bringing in pets in advance, we fine $200 in case of unauthorized pets. We ask you to keep pets off sofa, throws, pillows, sheets, comforters. Excessive hair found on these will be charged extra. - Please do not smoke, vape, use marijuana or drugs in the house please. We fine $500 for any smoke present in the house. - POOL/HOT TUB RULES: There is no lifeguard on duty, please swim at your own risk. No diving allowed. No glass or dishes in or around the pool. NEVER leave children unattended while in or around the pool. Do not remove the pool vacuum! - Please take shoes off at the entrance. -Quiet hours start at 10 PM. We do not allow loud noises/music, parties in the house. We have security systems to monitor unusual traffic. We will fine $500, shut down parties and music, and cancel bookings mid stay if we find violations of this rule. Please ensure the #of guests accurately reflects the number of people visiting to avoid triggering our security systems. - Bedroom #2 is less private as bedroom #4 exits into it. - Please do not take household equipment outside. We charge for lost items and that's not fun for you or us.
