The parking spot will not fit large SUVs. Street parking is available in a couple of blocks radius for larger vehicles. - Note: Our home is in center of Seattle & boasts a high walk score. This can lead to some street noise, as with all listings in the urban area. - We provide a level-2 EV outlet (NEMA 14-50), please bring your own charger to connect to outlet - You will need to climb stairs - there are 3 flights of stairs and 4 stories. - No access to mailbox: We don't have access to USPS mailbox. All deliveries need to be at the doorstep. Please make sure to have it delivered only while you are present at home to not inconvenience guests before/after you, and prevent lost packages/theft. - Extra services available at additional cost for guest comfort: Please inquire and reserve 72 hours in advance for most services as they may not be available last minute: - Daily / Weekly cleaning / Linen change - Baby gear - Early check-in: Please inquire at 8 PM of the day before check-in to confirm early check-in availability. - Please do not smoke, vape, use marijuana or drugs in the house please. We fine $500 for any smoke present in the house. -Quiet hours start at 10 PM. We do not allow loud noises/music, parties in the house. We have security systems to monitor unusual traffic. We will fine $500, shut down parties and music, and cancel bookings mid stay if we find violations of this rule. Please ensure the #of guests accurately reflects the number of people visiting to avoid triggering our security systems. -You will need to climb stairs - there are 2 flights of stairs and 3 stories. - Please do not take household equipment outside. We charge for lost items and that's not fun for you or us.

This was our second time staying here. It's is a fantastic place in a great neighborhood. The location is perfect. There are restaurants and grocery stores in walking distance. We will definitely stay here again.

Eva and Sid's home was perfect for our visit to Seattle. It is in a great location, clean, well-appointed and has a fabulous roof top deck. We were very impressed at how responsive they were when we arrived unexpectedly early and we were able to check in early within minutes. We will definitely stay here again!

My friends and I absolutely loved the space. Everything was so clean and immaculate. The layout is great with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the lower floor, the living area and kitchen on the middle floor, and the primary bedroom and bathroom on the top floor. There are two great grocery stores within a 5 minute walk as well as restaurants, bars, and an amazing coffee shop. I only wish we were there in summer to take advantage of nice weather and the rooftop! The hosts were very communicative and the info they provided was extremely helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

I felt that I couldn’t describe enough about how pleased me and my families felt about our stay at Eva and Sid’s place. It’s sparkling clean and new and equipped with top notch kitchen and laundry appliances. The location is superb too. Very easy to get on public transportation and it’s surrounded by trader joe and other decent supermarkets and restaurants. Our family left with unforgettable memories and can’t wait to return. Five stars!

The place was nice, if you have been to Seattle. Eva and Sid mention the stairs 3 stories, the outside noise is tolerable, did not hear anything at night. The top floor was nice to sit and visit, enjoyed the view. Would consider staying here on my next visit.
