Street parking is available in a couple of blocks radius for larger vehicles. - You will need to climb stairs - there are 3 flights of stairs and 4 stories. - No access to mailbox: We don't have access to USPS mailbox. All deliveries need to be at the doorstep. Please make sure to have it delivered only while you are present at home to not inconvenience guests before/after you, and prevent lost packages/theft. - Extra services available at additional cost for guest comfort: Please inquire and reserve 72 hours in advance for most services as they may not be available last minute: - Daily / Weekly cleaning / Extra Linen / Linen change - Home Chef services - Baby gear - Early check-in: Please inquire at 8 PM of the day before check-in to confirm early check-in availability (not guaranteed as we may have previous guests checking out on same day). - Please do not smoke, vape, use marijuana or drugs in the house. We fine $500 for any smoke present in the house. - Please take shoes off at the entrance. - No pets allowed. -Quiet hours start at 10 PM. We do not allow loud noises/music, parties in the house. We have security systems to monitor unusual traffic. We will fine $500, shut down parties and music, and cancel bookings mid stay if we find violations of this rule. Please ensure the #of guests accurately reflects the number of people visiting to avoid triggering our security systems. - Please do not take household equipment outside. We charge for lost items and that's not fun for you or us. - Late checkout fee of $50/hour for delayed checkout after 11 AM to ensure cleaners are not waiting unpaid.

Great place for a big family! House looks like the pictures. I appreciated the parking spot. Plenty of space and a great gathering place on the first floor. Sid and Ava responded well, and they helped us receive one of the bags we left there after we already left. Will definitely stay here again!

Eva and Sid’s place was a great home for my family to stay during our visit to Seattle. Just a few minutes away. The house is very comfortable and was clean too. The hosts communication was great, the house had everything we needed. We definitely recommend this property for families looking for a nice place to rest and relax! :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Eva and Syd's beautiful residence. It was spotless, the beds were comfy, and everything seemed to be brand new. The perfect place for us to crash before an early flight the next day - we just wish we had more time to enjoy the space and explore the lovely neighborhood!

This might be THE BEST AirBnB that we have ever stayed in. Let me tell you why: 1. Beautiful, clean, beds are amazing 2. Host very thoughtful supplying soap, shampoo, conditioner, detergent, plenty toilet paper 3. Location is perfect and walkable to anything you need 4. Host communicates well and responsive 5.
