We want our guests to have the right expectations and upfront information when they book so you can have a smooth and happy experience every time. - Well trained pets (dogs only) older than 1 year are welcome here! We charge an additional fee of $75/pet for your entire stay and require proof of up to date vaccination record (rabies and distemper). We ask you to keep pets off sofa, throws, pillows, sheets, comforters. Excessive hair found on these will be charged extra. Cats and other animals not allowed. Please add pets in guest details. Undisclosed pets will be fined $150/pet. - We have one dedicated covered parking spot for a small SUV available. The parking spot will not fit large SUVs. Street parking is available in a couple of blocks radius for larger vehicles. - You will need to climb stairs - there are 3 flights of stairs and 4 stories. - No access to mailbox: We don't have access to USPS mailbox. All deliveries need to be at the doorstep. Please make sure to have it delivered only while you are present at home to not inconvenience guests before/after you, and prevent lost packages/theft. - Extra services available at additional cost for guest comfort: Please inquire and reserve 72 hours in advance for most services as they may not be available last minute: - Daily / Weekly cleaning / Extra Linen / Linen change - Baby gear - Home chef service - Early check-in: Please inquire at 8 PM of the day before check-in to confirm early check-in availability. - Pets: 1 dog max ONLY. No cats or other animals. Please keep dogs off sofa, throws, pillows, sheets, comforters. Excessive hair found on these will be charged extra. Please do not leave dogs unattended. - Please do not smoke, vape, use marijuana or drugs in the house. We fine $500 for any smoke present in the house. - Please take shoes off at the entrance. -Quiet hours start at 10 PM. We do not allow loud noises/music, parties in the house. We have security systems to monitor unusual traffic. We will fine $500, shut down parties and music, and cancel bookings mid stay if we find violations of this rule. Please ensure the #of guests accurately reflects the number of people visiting to avoid triggering our security systems. - Our parking spot accommodates 1 small SUV sized vehicle. You will need to park larger vehicles on street (street parking is usually available within couple of blocks) - Please do not take household equipment outside. We charge for lost items and that's not fun for you or us.

This place was great — very homey, clean, and perfect for our small group. The location also made it very convenient to explore Seattle and surrounding areas. Also, our hosts Eva and Sid were very responsive and helpful with instructions and anything else we needed. Would definitely stay again!

We loved our 3-day stay in Seattle at Eva and Sid’s place! The Airbnb looked exactly like the photos, and the rooftop view was beautiful both during the day and at night. We did run into a small issue with the door keypad not working, but the cohost responded right away, came over to help, and fixed the problem. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this listing!

Really nice place to stay! The neighborhood is so beautiful and peaceful and the house itself is clean and super comfortable to live in. My friends and I enjoyed a great time and we will definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a cozy place to relax and have fun during your trip.
