We want our guests to have the right expectations and upfront information when they book so you can have a smooth and happy experience every time. - Note that bedroom #1 is smaller than normal. - We provide one city issued parking tag that can be used to park nearby for free (Note: Capitol Hill is a dense neighborhood so street parking is available on a first come, first serve basis and can be hard to find). Do note that the availability of the parking tag is dependent on the previous guest returning it. In the event the permit is lost, we will let you know asap. - You will need to climb stairs - there are 3 flights of stairs and 4 stories. - No access to mailbox: We don't have access to USPS mailbox. All deliveries need to be at the doorstep. Please make sure to have it delivered only while you are present at home to not inconvenience guests before/after you, and prevent lost packages/theft. - Extra services available at additional cost for guest comfort: Please inquire and reserve 72 hours in advance for most services as they may not be available last minute: - Daily / Weekly cleaning / Linen change - Home Chef services - Baby gear - Early check-in: Please inquire at 8 PM of the day before check-in to confirm early check-in availability. Please review below: - No animals allowed. - Please do not smoke, vape, use marijuana or drugs in the house please. We fine $250 for any smoke present in the house. -Quiet hours start at 10 PM. We do not allow loud noises/music, parties in the house. We will fine $250, shut down parties and music, and cancel bookings mid stay if we find violations of this rule. - Please return the parking tag on to dining table, we charge a $50 re-issuance fee in case lost. - Please be considerate of neighbors and verify that you are placing the trash in the correct bins labelled 521A! - Please do not take household equipment outside. We charge for lost items and that's not fun for you or us.

This place was great! It was exactly what we needed for our visit to Seattle! It was kind of in the middle of the two areas in Capitol Hill that we wanted to visit. So it worked perfectly. All the instructions were very clear and check in was a breeze! Also very responsive and even checked on us on our check in day because there had been some snowy weather.

The house was clean, and exactly what was listed! A really nice plus was the heated floors in the bathrooms. Would absolutely stay here again, it was a fantastic central location for Seattle!

Overall a great experience, the location is excellent for quickly getting to the waterfront or events at the stadiums. Having laundry in the unit was great, and the fully stocked kitchen made cooking simple. A few things to keep in mind if you decide to stay: -the downstairs bedrooms share a wall and the smaller room has a barn door that doesn’t go to the ceiling, privacy is pretty limited. -There is a limited amount of hot water, consecutive showers will turn cool in a few minutes. If staying with a group I would coordinate some people showering in the evening and some in the morning to help spread out usage and make sure everyone can have a nice hot shower. -Parking is extremely tight and very limited. Small cars will have a better time but any standard size truck or SUV will likely struggle to fit into the spaces that are available if you can find them. We would definitely stay again given the location and value.
