We do not allow loud noises/music, parties in the house. We have security systems to monitor unusual traffic. We will fine $500, shut down parties and music, and cancel bookings mid stay if we find violations of this rule. Please ensure the #of guests accurately reflects the number of people visiting to avoid triggering our security systems. -You will need to climb stairs - there are 3 flights of stairs and 4 stories. - Please note that the fourth bedroom is smaller than the other bedrooms. - Please verify that you are placing the trash in the correct bins! - Our parking spot accommodates 1 SUV sized vehicle. Please note that trucks will not fit and street parking in downtown area will be challenging. - Please do not take household equipment outside. We charge for lost items and that's not fun for you or us.
