The parking spot will not fit a truck. - We have a level 2 EV outlet - please bring your own NEMA 14-50 charger to plug in, we do not provide one. - You will need to climb stairs - there are 3 flights of stairs and 4 stories. - No access to mailbox: We don't have access to USPS mailbox. All deliveries need to be at the doorstep. Please make sure to have it delivered only while you are present at home to not inconvenience guests before/after you, and prevent lost packages/theft. - Extra services available at additional cost for guest comfort: Please inquire and reserve 72 hours in advance for most services as they may not be available last minute: - Daily / Weekly cleaning / Extra Linen / Linen change - Home Chef services - Baby gear - Early check-in: Please inquire at 8 PM of the day before check-in to confirm early check-in availability (not guaranteed as we may have previous guests checking out on same day). We do not allow loud noises/music, parties in the house. We have security systems to monitor unusual traffic. We will fine $500, shut down parties and music, and cancel bookings mid stay if we find violations of this rule. Please ensure the #of guests accurately reflects the number of people visiting to avoid triggering our security systems. -You will need to climb stairs - there are 3 flights of stairs and 4 stories. - Our parking spot accommodates 1 SUV sized vehicle. We have a level 2 EV outlet - please bring your own NEMA 14-50 EV charger. - Please do not take household equipment outside. We charge for lost items and that's not fun for you or us.

Very impressed with our stay in this Airbnb. My friend group (8 of us) booked this listing for the purpose of spending the weekend in the Emerald City Comic Con. It is only about a 14 min bus ride away which is very convenient. We spent a lot of time in the townhouse playing board games after the con. The place looks as good as the pictures. What exceeded my expectations is the amount of amenities available to us: I don't usually trust towels but the ones they had reminds me of professionally cleaned hotel towels; they had a first aid kit, fully functional kitchen, shampoo, and soap available which came in handy. Checkout and Check-in was easy since there's a checklist on the fridge and it was communicated. I initially had a difficult time finding the parking as it was located in the back of the townhouse but I eventually did. The esthetic of the home, amenities, host, and location helped made this an unforgettable weekend. Thank you!

Came for a conference in the area and the property was great! Great restaurants walkable from the location and not too far from busses to downtown and within 10-15 min from light rail stop as well! Overall great stay!

The only issue we had was the temperature. It was extremely hot at night, especially upstairs, and we had a hard time figuring out the AC units. The main floor, however, was freezing all the time, and yet again, we couldn't figure out how to heat it up. It was annoying but definitely didn't ruin our stay! I will note, it was sunny at a high in the mid-50s during the day in Seattle, and it would've been really hard to be on the main level at night if it was any colder (and harder to sleep if it was any warmer).

Our family stayed at Eva And Sid’s during a family wedding weekend. The downstairs was perfect for having family stop by for bagels, walking to the wedding venue, and for the groom’s party to prepare on the big day! We had a flight cancelation and my 89 year old mom wanted to go back for another night and our hosts were very helpful and responsive! Awesome neighborhood! Thanks for everything g!

My friends and I had an amazing time in Seattle! Private parking space was a big bonus. Walking distance to lots of restaurants but still quiet enough to get some rest when back at the AirBnB. Easy to get to highway and into downtown. Kitchen had all cookware necessary to prepare meals. Host was quick to respond and left messages with instructions to help make our stay easier.
