Our group loved Eva and Sid's place! The home was clean and inviting and we couldn't get enough of the view out of the dining room windows. Location is great and close to many Seattle attractions. We also loved the well stocked kitchen so we didn't have to constantly run the dishwasher. Eva and Sid were great host and we would love to stay here again the next time we're in Seattle!

My family and I enjoyed our stay and would recommend for others to stay. We appreciated that they are accommodating with pets, that’s something very important to us, so that was an added perk! Home was very clean and as described. :)

It’s a wonderful home away from home atmosphere. Home was clean, in a great location and neighborhood, and hosts are responsive and accommodating. Our family of four were very comfortable with the space. Definitely would recommend to stay if you’re staying in Seattle for a few nights.

We had a great stay at this spacious Seattle home! The house is large and comfortably accommodated our group of 8—everyone had plenty of room to relax without feeling crowded. The layout worked really well for us, and the 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms made it easy for everyone to have their own space. The kitchen was especially nice—well-equipped, clean, and perfect for cooking meals together. We ended up spending a lot of time there hanging out. Overall, this is a great option for larger groups looking for a comfortable and roomy place to stay. We’d definitely come back!

We had the best time at the Ballard townhouse! Such a fun, walkable neighborhood with so many restaurants, coffee shops and bars nearby. Great for families - we have a teen and a tween and they enjoyed walking the neighborhood with us. The townhouse itself was pristine, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. Lots of space for the family to spread out :) We were especially grateful for the laundry after traveling around Oregon before coming to Seattle. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this new 2B2B! The space is modern, pristine, and very cozy. While the living area is a bit on the smaller side, it was absolutely perfect for us and didn’t feel cramped at all. The location is fantastic—very convenient and close to everything we needed. The hosts were excellent communicators, providing clear instructions and checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a clean, stylish, and well-located home base, this is it. We’d definitely stay here again!

So a group of six friends got together from all over the country came to Seattle to see a concert and just hang out and play cards. Find some great restaurants and to be centrally located even place fit the Bill perfectly really nice looking environment. Everyone had their own space, great kitchen, and just nicely furnished and decorated and supplied. I would recommend to anyone. Thanks again.

My kids have decided this is the only place we can stay in Seattle now. With their own room with 3 big beds, cute decor, and their own fridge and bathroom, I can't disagree. The views are spectacular. I had a city view from bed. The upstairs shower is dreamy with 2 shower heads. When the Keurig didnt work, they immediately came and replaced it. The parking spot is tight, but we did get a minivan in and out of it, a car would be easy, It was nice having food within walkable distance when we didnt want to drive. So glad we found this place, we will return.

This place is fantastic! The home is beautiful and spacious. It was a great size for my family (5 adults and one child). The area was quiet and peaceful, but it was close to good restaurants, and it was very easy to get to the downtown area. Eva and Sid were also very responsive and flexible. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and we highly recommend this place!

The house was charming, and well-stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. We needed all four bedrooms, which were nice, and the bathrooms were clean. Eva and Sid clearly communicated information and instructions, and they were responsive to the few inquiries we had.
