I had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The location was convenient, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with. Overall, a very good experience—I’d definitely stay here again.

Location was great! Very comfortable and clean. Quiet and close to restaurants, cafe’s and walking distance to light rail. The air conditioning was a plus during those hot days and evenings. Had no problem with street parking.

Eva and Sid’s place was very clean and comfortable. The photos matched what I was expecting. They provided plenty of amenities to allow you to just show up with a suitcase and stay comfortably. We personally rented a car and were able to get to everything we wanted to see quickly but the area was also walkable to a few food spots as well.

Stayed here with my family while we attended a convention. The house was very clean and we were all comfortable. We were a short uber ride away from the Summit Convention Center, and walking distance to some restaurants and a grocery store (if you're okay with hills!). Beautiful views of the city!

This was my first experience with staying in an Airbnb. The hosts were very responsive and answered all my questions. The house was clean and beautiful and met all of our needs. Both kitchens were fully stocked. We had a great time.

The place was great, clean and just like the photos. Cozy place in a great, walkable location. Wish we could have dropped our bags inside early as they had a strict 4:00pm check in; we had a lot of luggage and usually airbnbs in my experience allow for at least a bag drop early. also, there wasn't drinking water available (only tap) so if that was added it would be nice moving forward.

The home was close to downtown Seattle without dealing with the congestion. It was in a beautiful neighborhood and was great for our family trip of 9 people to spend quality time together! ❤️

Stayed for a week and it was perfect. Great location, great layout. There was a small issue with the kitchen faucet that I communicated and it was promptly fixed. Appreciated the portable ACs to cool off the upper bedrooms and living room. Very well stocked kitchen. The designated parking spot is extremely convenient although the place is within walking distance of a grocery store, dining and shopping. Definitely would recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in Ballard.

We had a lovely stay, and would highly recommend this place for location, safety and close to everything you want to do in Seattle’s best. The house is well decorated and beautifully appointed. The owners are proactive with communication too.

House was in a great location and within 5-20 minutes of everything. Bus stop was right next to the home if guest chose to use the public transportation system. The home was clean and spacious. Hosts were very responsive to our questions and messages. I would recommend staying at this house especially if you have a big group of people. We had a great visit to Seattle!
