Highly recommend renting Eva and Sid’s home for your visit to Seattle. Our group had enough space with the 4 bedroom/3 bath layout to not feel cramped. Beautiful views of downtown and the space needle from the living room. Walkable if you don’t mind coming back uphill. I will definitely rent this place again as it was very clean and wonderfully located.

The home was perfect for our weekend trip. The house was super spacious and there was a bed for each person, which everyone loved. The hosts were very responsive. Plenty of street parking in front of the house!

We absolutely loved Eva and Sid’s home and cannot wait for our next visit. Their home was so welcoming, loved the decor and we were so comfortable. Everything was perfect and I highly recommend a stay here

Perfect house for our family gathering. The open main floor with the huge dinner table was comfortable for hanging out and eating together. Having the bedrooms on two separate floors (except for the one on the main floor) gave folks a bit of privacy, and a chance to step away from the group scene. We appreciated the ample place settings (plates, silverware, glassware). Plenty of restaurants nearby in Greenwood. In addition to the driveway, street parking was easy to find for local family who came over.

Eva & Sid’s home was perfect for our family trip. Looked just like the photo’s, plenty of amenities and a fab location to get round the city. Eva and Sid were super helpful and excellent hosts.

We loved our stay here! Check-in was super easy and clear. Having a dedicated parking spot made things very convenient for us. We had a minor issue with an appliance, but it was fixed quickly and efficiently. We really appreciated the excellent communication and responsiveness, which is rare to find! Eva and Sid were amazing hosts. Their attention to detail and clear communication made our stay so smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely choose this place again!

Eva & Sid were fantastic hosts, with exceptional communication & clear expectations about everything in their lovely townhome. They were welcoming & helpful in every way. I needed last minute accommodations for my family including my senior dog & they couldn’t have been more helpful! Upon arrival, their property was spotless & exactly as described. Great experience!

Great communication and great location. Walking distance to great restaurants and pubs and an easy walk (15 min) or car share to downtown, stadiums etc. Weather was not great to use the rooftop deck but in the summer months it would be a fantastic way to end the night with a glass of wine. We will definitely stay again!

Felt right at home! It was well setup with all amenities and accessible to nearby restaurants. If Seattle weather allows, the patio is great to hangout with family and friends.

We had a great stay in this Airbnb. It’s close to downtown and the interior is perfect. However, the only problem we’ve encounter is the parking space. We rented an 8 people unit and given that, we had to rent 2 cars: one large SUV which barely fits the 1 parking space provided (the road to the complex is also very narrow) and another compact car. The street side parking near the unit gets full by 5 pm so we really really had a hard time finding a parking for the other car. That’s the only thing that concerns us during our entire stay.
