Booked this place for my large film crew and it was honestly perfect for us. Very spacious to accommodate a lot of people and film gear. The two complaints I would have, which is only relevant to some, is the stairs and parking. Carrying gear and up and down the stairs rather than through the garage was inconvenient but not the end of the world. With several vehicles, finding parking spots that were close was sometimes difficult, but it's expected in a neighborhood and isn't a problem limited to only this house. Overall, great

Eva and Sid were very communicative all through our stay. We didn't need much from them since they had pertinent information posted inside the property. Will definitely be booking again if we can next time we visit.

Eva and Sid's home was spacious, comfortable and beautiful! It was perfect for our meet up for a very special family event. Our extended family flew in from different parts of the country to stay with us and loved the place as much as we did!! The home was in a great location, not too far from a park, grocery, restaurants and downtown and had great views from the upper level. Sid was easy to reach to answer any of our questions. We loved our stay and look forward to being back.

Very clean and well-maintained townhome with good amenities. The hosts were responsive and helpful with a minor issue. Comfortable bedrooms with blackout curtains, a spacious kitchen, and an open family room with a fireplace made it an easy place to stay.

We had a very comfortable stay at Eva and Sid's property. The house is very spacious and is exactly as the listing describes. The view from the kitchen window is breathtaking! It's right next to a coffee shop, a few restaurants and down the street from a gas station. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. It fit our needs perfectly and I would 100% recommend this spot if you are looking to stay somewhere close to Seattle!

The place was very pleasant. My group and i had a great stay. Especially appreciated the fact that there was a grocery store right across the street to grab last minute groceries or things we forgot. The house was very well organized and neat. Well stocked with essentials. Overall no complaints.

Great space and location. Warm and cozy. It was excellent for our family of 5 and school buses were all just outside! If long term staying may need some extra cooking items and a mailbox.

Solid spot to stay at. The parking spot is very helpful if you’re renting a car. It’s a bit of a tight road to get in and out of so don’t rent a big car if you’re thinking of staying here and making a trip to Rainier. Outside of that the spot is exactly as it looks in the photos. Top spot in a good neighborhood of a lot of walkable coffee shops and breakfast spots to kick off your day before heading out.

Eva and Sid’s home is now our go-to place to stay in Seattle! It was the perfect home for our group of 6 friends. We visited for 5 days and Eva and Sid made sure our trip ran smooth by checking in to ask if we needed anything. We loved that we could take a 10-15 minute walk to great coffee, good food, and all the little shops on Capitol Hill. Their home was pristine and very well equipped with all the amenities we needed ie. washer and dryer, towels, and our personal favorite — heated bathroom floors! If you’re in Seattle, we recommend their home ❤️

This Place was Awesome. My friends and I pick a new city every year and we go for the weekend. Try new food, bars, clubs and sporting events. I couldn’t have chose be better with place to stay. 8 of us stayed at there and we rented unit B and C so everyone can have their own bed. Check in was easy, location was great, home was very clean. We enjoyed both homes and if you’re visiting Seattle with a group of people, I suggest staying at this location!
