Had a great stay! The place was incredibly spacious and well designed. It felt comfortable and homey, which I really appreciated! The location was great for having access to the city but still not feel the hustle of it. Places to park cars, a lovely neighborhood to go on a walk. 10/10 would recommend and will absolutely stay here again!

Our family stayed at Eva And Sid’s during a family wedding weekend. The downstairs was perfect for having family stop by for bagels, walking to the wedding venue, and for the groom’s party to prepare on the big day! We had a flight cancelation and my 89 year old mom wanted to go back for another night and our hosts were very helpful and responsive! Awesome neighborhood! Thanks for everything g!

Eva and Sid were incredibly responsive and welcoming hosts for our family stay on Alsono Road. The home was perfect for our Seattle visit — clean, comfortable, and family-friendly. Having a reserved parking space made our car trip stress-free, and the location was great, just a short walk to the Catholic Church and nearby amenities. We highly recommend this Airbnb for families traveling with a car

The place was perfect for a big family or a large party. Each of the four rooms has its own bathroom. The space was welcoming and clean. The hosts were very responsive and provide clear instructions on check in and check out process.

Spent 16 nights over Christmas with our family of 5 adults and found the property modern, clean and bright and as described / in the photos. Would definitely book again. Plenty of space to eat, hang out & sleep. Beds were very comfortable and bed linens good quality. Kitchen was well equipped to meet most family's needs and the coffee/tea/basic supplies provided were appreciated. If you cook family meals from scratch like we do instead of only using the microwave you might need to improvise on a few utensils but it wasn't a dealbreaker. Bathrooms were great and we appreciated the toiletries provided - nice touch. Peaceful residential neighborhood with good access to public transport and walking distance to local supermarkets and coffee shops. Communication with the hosts was great - they responded very quickly to fix a couple of minor house issues and answer a few questions. Entry to the house was super easy via the keypad system. We had a great stay & would definitely book here again.

Eva and Sid's house was truly a gem! The house looked just like it did in the pictures: clean, bright, modern, and comfortable. Every year, my extended family gathers for a family reunion in Seattle (where my elderly father lives), and the house was perfect for all 14 of us. The expansive, open concept kitchen-dining-living areas allowed us to enjoy dinners together (the huge table seated all of us!) and hang out on the 3 large sofas or around the huge kitchen island. Meanwhile, the 6 spacious bedrooms gave us each private areas when we needed alone time. All 4 bathrooms were spotless and well equipped with shampoo and conditioner. We would love to come back and stay here for a future family reunion! Thank you, Eva and Sid!

We spent Christmas in Seattle with a family of six, including a toddler, and absolutely loved Eva and Sid’s place. The instructions were very clear, and we arrived with no issues. Having our own parking space was a huge plus. The home was clean and looked exactly like the photos. The beds were comfortable, and the space felt very private and peaceful. The location was great, very central, with most places just a 10–15 minute drive away, and the neighborhood felt safe. We would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Seattle.

This place is wonderfully located in Ballard. We could easily walk to the shops and restaurants and could also walk to Golden Gardens park and the waterfront. We felt very much at home here.
