We had gone for a family holiday and the stay was very comfortable. Well located-not far from the center of town and right next to a very good coffee shop! The house is beautiful and well stocked. We will recommend this highly to anyone

Had a great stay in Seattle. Plenty of room and well stocked. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Family had fun on the rooftop at sunset. Theatre room was great and grocery store just across the street. Bus stop is just in front of the property. I would definitely stay again.

Home was very clean. Space was as advertised. Location convenient to walk downtown. Great views from rooftop deck. Everything required for stay was available. Eva and Sid very responsive to any questions. Would certainly stay again if traveling to Seattle in the future.

We had an amazing stay! The home was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything we needed. The location is perfect, walking distance to great restaurants in Capitol Hill and just a short drive to all Seattle’s main attractions. The rooftop deck with skyline views was a highlight. Highly recommend for families or groups visiting the city!

Great place with lots of rooms and bathrooms. The house was well stocked with everything that you could need: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, coffee, sugar, spices and even oil. And there was detergent for the huge washing machine! A plus was the rooftop where we got to see the Blue Angels fly by. Beautiful night skyline of Seattle. We had couple of questions and the host was very responsive. Definitely would stay again.

We had a lovely time and enjoyed our. The distance to the park and central location to downtown and the lake was amazing. Every bed was cozy and we all slept great. The central AC and extra units down stairs made the house extra comfortable to lounge and hang out in.

This is a great place to stay! Impeccably clean and modern, light and spacious. More than enough room for our family of 5 to spread out and be extremely comfortable! Easy walk to Capitol Hill for restaurants and coffee houses. We walked to Pikes Place one day and to the ferry terminal another day. We walked back home one day and took an Uber back home another day bc we were tired. Eva was very communicative and helpful. Amenities were nice. We didn't cook but we easily could have with the spacious kitchen. Would stay here again.

Amazing stay. We had lots of room and the mini splits in each bedroom cooled perfectly. The whole house was very well equipped. We cooked in two nights and had everything we needed. It is a short uber ride to Pike’s market too. We loved it here and will be back

The condo was spacious & comfortable for 6 adults. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was an added benefit that was worth it. It was easily walkable to the shops & restaurants of Ballard, a charming area of Seattle. The hosts were responsive & helpful. I recommend staying here.

We stayed at Eva and Sid’s place over a long weekend for a wedding. All five of our adult children came with their partners. Each couple had a bedroom and there were plenty of bathrooms. The best part was the big kitchen/dining/living room where we could all hang out together. The kitchen was very well organized and had all the tools we needed. The neighborhood was very quiet and convenient to the places we wanted to go. We rented Lime bikes and rode all over the city.
