We had a great stay at Eva and Sid’s place. The home was very clean and the beds were really comfortable! I love the location, we were a few blocks from the grocery store Trader Joe’s, and an easy walk to the bus station if you want to take the G line to pikes market! A lot of the shops and restaurants are within walking distance and it was fun to explore the neighborhood. I would 100% recommend this place to stay if you are in the Seattle area.

Our stay here was great! The house is very clean and very spacious. Eva and Sid are great hosts and made sure that we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend their place!

Great location, amenities, and hosts! Near a lot of great food and shops while also being close enough to enjoy everything Seattle has to offer. Would definitely stay here again!

great house. exactly what it shows. had ac units in some bedrooms. neighborhood was good, felt safe. plenty of street parking. almost easier to park on the street in front of the house. no frills. pretty straight forward. basic but more than enough for what we needed.

We stayed for a long weekend with the kids and this was perfect. Great location close to downtown Ballard, supermarket, coffee shops, farmers market, etc. It’s only a short ride to downtown Seattle - the parking spot is helpful if you’re bringing a car. Excellent spot for a weekend getaway!

We stayed at Eva and Sid’s place for a week while visiting Seattle and had a wonderful experience. Their home was very clean, comfortable, and spacious enough to accommodate our family of seven with ease. The location made it convenient to explore the city, and Ava and Sid were responsive and welcoming hosts.

Really nice place to stay! The neighborhood is so beautiful and peaceful and the house itself is clean and super comfortable to live in. My friends and I enjoyed a great time and we will definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a cozy place to relax and have fun during your trip.

We had an enjoyable 4-night stay. Check-in and check-out process was simple and seamless. The hosts were communicative and checked in by texts to see if we needed anything. The townhouse was spacious, comfortable, clean and well appointed. The roof top view is lovely and a perfect place to relax when the weather is good. Located in a nice quiet, safe walkable residential neighborhood with plenty of street parking in addition to a designated parking space. We would happily stay again.

This is a wonderful, clean, well organized house. The beds are comfortable, bathrooms clean, with plenty of hair and body washing products. The kitchen is well equipped with all the amenities including coffee and tea. Wonderful hosts, responsive and approachable.
