Eva and Sid’s place was easy to find, and the instructions were very easy to follow. The home is very well maintained and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. The kids absolutely loved the theater room and the foosball table. Eva and Sid were very responsive and great hosts!

Eva & Sid were great hosts, responsive and friendly! Their property was nicely decorated, very clean, and cozy. We also loved how Capitol Hill was a good walking distance away as well as a few other shops (grocery stores, breweries, etc.).

We cannot sing enough praise about Eva and Sid’s home. It was spotless, peaceful, and exactly as promised. My family (which includes a mother in law and 2 teen daughters) all loved the space the home provided, including private bathrooms! It was a lovely neighborhood that was quiet while being walkable to many things. The home felt luxurious and relaxing. Sid and Eva were responsive and supportive and overall very kind. We highly recommend this place.

Perfect place for a week trip for my wife and I. Had everything we needed. Place just as described. 15 minutes from downtown Seattle with no traffic, about 30 during traffic time. Short distance from airport which is perfect. pretty quiet neighborhood. Great central place for everything including all 3 national parks. Really have no complaints. definitely will be staying again.

Wonderful property, great location, responsive host. Property is clean, modern, homey and airy. Love that there’s a grocery store right across the street. Property is centrally located to all the major Seattle attractions, easy to get ride shares like Uber and lift…never had to wait more than 7 mins. Host is responsive and respectful. Staying at this property made our Seattle visit so much more relaxing. Would stay here again and highly recommend!

This home is truly a gem to stay at!!! If you’re planning a trip to Seattle, look no further! It’s centrally located with options for public transportation all around the area- close enough to the downtown city area, but still quiet enough to enjoy it all. The views from the roof top balcony are amazing and a sight to see! The pictures match the home perfectly and everything was super clean. Communication with our host was very open and easy and they truly made us feel right at home.

Our recent stay at Eva and Sid's Airbnb in Ballard, Seattle, was wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and inviting everything was. The space truly felt cozy, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. We loved being able to walk to so many incredible restaurants and explore the vibrant Ballard neighborhood on foot. The private parking was an absolute bonus! It's such a rare find in Seattle, and it made coming and going incredibly convenient and stress-free. Lastly, and certainly not least, Eva and Sid were exceptional hosts. They were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay, from initial questions to check-out. Their clear communication and willingness to assist truly enhanced our experience.

This house was fantastic w it's stunning views of downtown Seattle, sunlight, space needle, quiet residential area, easy drive to downtown and other parts of Seattle. We enjoyed family reunion time there and everyone slept comfortably. The house itself was spotless, bedrooms were comfortable, stylish/modern and comfortable common areas-kitchen/living room, bathrooms also very clean, great to have a garage to pull into. We hosted and ate meals here and everyone loved the views and how nice the space is-cute! If you walk down the hill on 5th Avenue you can grab coffee/mind blowing pastries at "Hagen" coffee shop. We would rent there again-but please note it is not a great place for someone w mobility issues to stay w it's location on a steep hill (which is how you get the great views!) and beware of parking a minivan inside the garage. My SUV was fine but my BIL's minivan bottomed out when he tried parking in the garage. Super cute, light filled, great space otherwise!

Positive: Big house that can fit 16 adults, the house is new with 1 biga car able to park easily. Negative: sticky floors, we walk barefoot in the house and our feet were black, floors need to be clean better. Lack of amenities for 16 peoples, we call to ask more and Sid deliver right away, but will be better if they prepare it without we had to asked. Overall a great stay just need more attention to detail by the host.
